Account Deletion

Method 1: Via the App (Instant)

From the Kidmemo App

To delete your account and all your data instantly:

1. Open the Kidmemo app
2. Go to Settings
3. Select My account
4. Tap Delete my account

All your data (memories, photos, child profiles) are deleted from our active systems immediately.

Some data may temporarily remain in secure technical backups, used solely for security and system restoration purposes, and then deleted according to a limited retention policy.

Deleted data is not used for commercial purposes.

Method 2: Manual Request

Request by Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request your data be deleted by contacting us:

• Send an email to: contact@kidmemo.fr
• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• Include the email address associated with your Kidmemo account.

Your request will be processed within 7 business days.
